In 1998, Jill started her career in IT recruitment in London, working for Harvey Nash. She worked for major players in the recruitment space, where she excelled in leading teams and providing contract staffing solutions across the UK and Europe.
In 2003, Jill emigrated to Australia and in 2005 she founded Precision Souring. Over nearly two decades, Jill not only grew the business but also played a pivotal role in its strategic direction and leadership. In recent years, she has returned to a more hands-on role, successfully supporting clients within business analysis and senior appointments. Jill’s journey showcases her exceptional expertise in recruitment and her unwavering dedication to delivering outstanding results.
