A Sydney native, Jon has a total of 5 years IT recruitment experience starting as a generalist IT recruiter and now specializing within SAP recruitment. Having started as a generalist IT recruiter, Jon has solid exposure and understanding to all roles within the SDLC, allowing a true and great understanding of client’s needs. With a great track record of placing a variety of IT roles at a variety of clients, Jon now focuses purely on the wide ecosystem of SAP recruitment.
Previous to Precision Sourcing, Jon has an electic work background; having a degree in music, having been in the armed forces, a current football coach and now plying his trade in the world of SAP recruitment. Even though these disciplines might be varied from each other, Jon feels that this in fact allows a deeper understanding of the human depth of clients and candidates, and therefore matching them to the right role.
