Having recently relocated from the UK to Sydney, Rhio-Amber brings a fresh perspective, genuine enthusiasm, and a people-first approach to recruitment.
With over two years’ recruitment experience across both blue-collar and corporate markets, she has partnered with professionals spanning disciplines including marketing, finance, supply chain, and operations. After taking time away from recruitment, Rhio-Amber returned to the industry with a renewed appreciation for what she enjoys most: building meaningful relationships, understanding people’s career ambitions, and helping them find opportunities that genuinely improve their lives.
Before recruitment, Rhio-Amber worked in healthcare and holds a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology, giving her a natural curiosity about people and what motivates them. She is passionate about identifying great talent, having authentic conversations, and creating positive experiences for both candidates and clients throughout the hiring journey.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find her at CrossFit, out on a run or hiking trail, exploring Sydney’s food and coffee scene, or enjoying a good book.
