For the eighth year running the SAP Team at Precision Sourcing have engaged with over 6,500 of the Australian SAP market and asked them to complete the annual SAP Talent Survey. This is not your average salary survey but really dives into how Australian SAP Talent thinks and feels.

A massive 73% of the SAP community look for something other than remuneration in their next role
32% of the Sap community work in a different state to their employer
If you accept a counter offer the chances are you will leave within the first 12 months
