We’re looking for a genuinely hands-on Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join an established Dynamics environment.
This role will have a significant focus on technical debt, platform improvement and major enhancements, alongside BAU support within a live CRM environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Hands-on development across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
- Work extensively with C#/.NET, Power Automate and Dataverse
- Address and remediate existing technical debt and legacy customisations
- Develop plugins, APIs, integrations and platform enhancements
- Troubleshoot production, data and integration issues
- Support and improve workflows and business processes
- Work across existing Sales, Customer Service/Engagement and Marketing capabilities
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Contribute to engineering standards, documentation, DevOps and overall platform reliability
What we’re looking for
- Strong hands-on Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development experience
- Strong C# and .NET
- Strong Power Automate and Dataverse experience
- Experience developing plugins, custom APIs and integrations
- JavaScript experience within model-driven applications
- Azure DevOps / Git / CI/CD exposure
- Experience working with established or highly customised Dynamics environments
- Strong troubleshooting and technical-debt remediation capability
- Ability to clearly articulate technical decisions and previous project experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable operating autonomously while remaining genuinely hands-on.
