Join a growing project delivery team as a hands-on Change Manager supporting a portfolio of infrastructure, software and technology projects. Working closely with Project Managers and Business Analysts, you’ll drive stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications and operational readiness to ensure successful project outcomes.

The Low Down
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you’ll support approximately 3-4 concurrent technology initiatives, with an immediate focus on a VMware to Hyper-V migration program.
This is a delivery-focused Change Manager role suited to someone who enjoys being embedded within project teams and taking ownership of the practical change activities that drive successful adoption. You’ll work closely with both business users and internal IT teams to ensure stakeholders are informed, prepared and ready for change.
What You Will Be Doing
- Build relationships across business and technology stakeholder groups
- Assess and document change impacts
- Create and execute communication plans
- Develop and distribute project communications
- Drive business and operational readiness activities
- Support successful adoption of technology change
- Contribute across infrastructure, software and development projects
What Success Looks Like
- Previous Change Management experience within infrastrucutre project environments
- Experience supporting infrastructure, service transition or technology migration projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience conducting change impact assessments
- Experience delivering business and operational readiness activities
