It’s a new financial year and this month businesses all over Australia will be conducting their annual strategy day focusing on company vision, goals, values and culture.
Some of you will be lucky enough to get a mug or even a cap or t-shirt showing your companies new vision and values. I’ve done it myself many times spending $’s on venues and speakers thinking that it makes a huge impact and will create a change in culture or behaviors.
I was lucky enough to recently spend some time with Justin Langer the Head Coach of the Australian Cricket team.
I asked Justin how he;
