Joel has been with Precision Sourcing for well over 10 years, starting as a rookie Recruiter, working in the Data Recruitment market. After leading that team for 7 years he is currently in a business wide Operations and Client Services role. Whenever someone works in a business for that long something is going right, it is testament to the Directors Simon, Jill and Rick that they are able to foster and develop careers like they have with Joel.
Due to his in depth knowledge of Precision Joel is the guy to get in touch with if you need a general view of Precision Sourcing or you don’t know where to start with Precision. Joel makes things tick in the company and knows a little bit of everything.
Joel loves working at Precision due to the trust he gets from the leaders, the relationships he has developed internally over the years and the enjoyment of working with genuine people.
From a personal stand point Joel moved to Australia from the UK 15 years ago looking for a new lifestyle. Without a company like Precision Sourcing taking a chance on a young 21 year old, his dream of an Australian life would never have been possible.
