Precision Sourcing are delighted to announce that we are partnering with Australian SAP gold partner Acclimation (Acclimation is a SAP consulting and solution company dealing exclusively in SAP and related technology) to host the 11th SAP Knowledge Share Group v.2.1.
The Objective of the event
The event is titled “Getting to SAP S/4 HANA – the challenges, opportunities and insights”. Throughout 2019 we experienced a high volume of questions from clients RE: how to efficiently move to S/4 HANA in a timely and cost–effective manner.
Based on these conversations we reached out to the SAP market to understand who could offer independent and objective insight based on a number of actual ECC to S/4 HANA transformation and S/4 HANA Greenfield projects across Australia.
Why Acclimation
As it stands there has been a relatively small number of S/4 HANA upgrades and implementations across Australia bearing in mind the high volume of businesses down under that successfully run SAP.
As an SAP Gold Partner offing solution and consulting expertise , Acclimation have delivered the second (across ANZ) successful ECC to S/4 HANA transformation using a contemporary approach leveraging a transformation platform (by partner SNP) to facilitate the move. To date, there have been two project Go-Lives using this methodology across ANZ, both undertaken by Acclimation.
ANZ Feedback from both SAP Australia and their customers is outstanding and the energy / noise we are picking up from the market from our SAP clients is that Acclimation have a unique offering that delivers significant value.

Presenting on the evening will be Peter Cummins (Director – Northern Region), Michael Brockbank (Senior Project Manager) and Joe Frazer (SAP Architect).
We asked Peter what attendees can expect from the event and Peter commented on the recent project where Acclimation successfully upgraded a large retailers SAP system to S/4HANA in 5 months. He said, “on the night we aim to discuss the journey of the project, the initial challenges, explore the different options the client had as well as explain the different things customers would need to consider”.
Michael Brockbank who Project Managed the successful program commented “there are probably 30 different insights I could share when presenting however I have narrowed it down to my top 10 to give the audience a taste of the effective option clients took, the systems and landscape as well as how to structure the project and individual streams”.
