SAP Flexible Real Estate Management Lead Consultant

Your Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) Lead Consultant to join a growing SAP practice and play a key role in delivering complex S/4HANA transformation programs.

Working closely with clients, business stakeholders and technical teams, you will lead the Real Estate stream across end-to-end SAP implementations, providing both functional expertise and strategic guidance. You will have the opportunity to work across a range of industries and transformation environments, including SAP RISE and GROW.

This is an exciting role for someone who can combine strong hands-on RE-FX capability with the leadership, stakeholder management and commercial awareness required to successfully deliver large-scale SAP programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams of 3-10 SAP consultants, working across onshore and offshore delivery models.
• Act as the SAP RE-FX subject matter expert, providing guidance across design, configuration, integration and solution delivery.
• Partner with clients to shape key SAP Flexible Real Estate Management design decisions, ensuring solutions align with business requirements and SAP best practice.
• Design, configure and optimise SAP S/4HANA Real Estate solutions, including integration with Finance and other functional and technical areas.
• Lead the RE-FX workstream through key project phases, from requirements and design through build, testing, deployment and go-live.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors and other SAP functional leads to ensure successful end-to-end project delivery.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a key point of contact throughout the implementation.

Your Profile

• 8+ years of SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) experience.
• Strong hands-on experience across SAP S/4HANA Finance and Real Estate.
• Experience delivering 2-3 full end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration between RE-FX, Finance and wider S/4HANA functional areas.
• Experience working within RISE and/or GROW with SAP environments.
• Proven experience leading SAP workstreams and managing teams across complex transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both business and technical audiences.
