An established organisation is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support ongoing digital transformation initiatives and business process improvement across its technology landscape.

This role plays a pivotal part in designing, implementing and optimising technology solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, working closely with internal technology teams and business stakeholders to ensure systems are efficient, scalable and aligned with organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications
* Facilitate workshops and act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
* Analyse, map and optimise business processes using industry-standard process modelling techniques
* Lead solution design across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central and the Microsoft Power Platform
* Support system integrations, data flows and interoperability across internal and external systems
* Design and support reporting and dashboards using Power BI
* Assist with data migration, cleansing and integration activities

Skills, Experience & Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Technical Business Analyst or similar role
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience working in Agile environments and supporting change initiatives
* High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
