Project Manager – UKG Pro Implementation
$170,000 – $180,000 + Super + Benefits

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead a major enterprise-wide UKG implementation within a large and complex organisation.
This is a permanent role with an initial project horizon of 15-18 months on a fixed term basis. The position operates on a hybrid model based in Melbourne and reports directly to the CFO, with regular engagement at Executive level and quarterly Board reporting.
The project is currently paused during System Integration Testing and is entering a structured re-start phase. This includes additional workshops, a targeted build phase, recommencement of testing, parallel pay runs, UAT and a staged rollout across multiple phases.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle UKG Pro implementation

Drive detailed planning, governance and delivery oversight

Manage executive stakeholders across Finance, HR and IT

Provide structured Board reporting

Oversee integration-heavy delivery across Payroll and SuccessFactors (true system integrations – not file transfers)

Manage risk, budget, scope and vendor accountability

Lead parallel pay runs, pilot deployment and multi-stage rollout

About You
-
Senior Project Manager with proven UKG pro WFM implementation experience

Strong experience delivering integration-heavy HRIS programs

Confident operating in complex payroll and award-based environments

Strong executive presence and governance capability

Experience leading projects within structured enterprise environments
