About the Role
Precision Sourcing’s client is lookng to hire a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst for a 12-month contract to be based in Sydney. This role is pivotal in supporting the successful implementation, enhancement, and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR transformation goals.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions that improve HR processes, drive efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather, document, and analyse business requirements for SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, or Compensation).
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, user stories, and process documentation.
- Assist in data migration, mapping, and validation activities.
- Provide user training and develop documentation, including process guides and manuals.
- Act as the primary liaison between the business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, preferably within a large-scale environment.
- In-depth understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Strong business process analysis and re-engineering skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly terms.
- Proficiency in documenting functional requirements, process flows, and test cases.
- Experience with HRIS data migration, integration, and reporting.
