We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Lead in Sydney to deliver secure SAP solutions in a large-scale S/4HANA transformation program.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP Security design and implementation across S/4HANA, BTP, and integrated systems
- Define role design frameworks, access models, and Fiori Security best practices (catalogs, groups, launchpad)
- Oversee SAP GRC Access Controls (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM), SAP IAS/IPS, and SAP IAG
- Manage SoD remediation, risk rule maintenance, controls monitoring, and audit readiness
- Champion security-by-design and lead audit engagements
- Manage a team of SAP Security Analysts and Consultants, including delivery from design through hypercare
About you:
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Controls, SAP IAS/IPS, SAP IAG, and Fiori Security
- Solid expertise in SAP S/4HANA security architecture and role design
- Proven ability to lead teams and engage senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
