About the Client
A large enterprise undergoing a multi-year SAP transformation to modernise systems, processes, and capabilities. The program focuses on efficient operations, improved customer and employee experience, and supply chain optimisation, with heavy integration across SAP and non-SAP systems.
Role Overview
Lead all SAP integration activities across SAP BTP and Boomi, ensuring high-quality design, delivery, and operational readiness. This is a hands-on leadership role, managing internal teams and System Integrators, providing oversight, technical guidance, and governance across all integrations.
Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end integration strategy across SAP-to-SAP and SAP-to-non-SAP systems.

Define integration standards, design patterns, naming conventions, and governance processes.

Oversee System Integrators, reviewing designs, delivery quality, timelines, and risks.

Lead hands-on workshops, interface design, data mapping, API specifications, and troubleshooting.

Support cutover planning, operational readiness, and monitoring for all integration components.

Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues.

Report progress, risks, and decisions to programme leadership.
Required Experience

Proven track record delivering SAP integration solutions in large-scale transformations.

Hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite and Boomi.

Skilled in integration patterns, API design, data mapping, and event-driven architectures.

Experience leading multi-vendor integration delivery and enforcing design standards.

Familiar with full lifecycle SAP implementations and agile/hybrid delivery methodologies.

SAP or Boomi certifications highly desirable.

Experience in regulated or highly controlled environments a plus.
