Job Title: SAP FI/CO Consultant – S/4HANA
Location: This role can be based out of Sydney, Melbourne of Brisbane

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Consultant with strong S/4HANA expertise to join our client’s team. This role is ideal for a hands-on consultant who can bridge technical and functional expertise, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and optimise finance processes on S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FI/CO modules within S/4HANA environments
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for financial processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis
- Conduct workshops, testing, training, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities to improve financial processes through SAP innovations
- Provide post-go-live support and optimisation
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an SAP FI/CO Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Proven track record in full lifecycle implementations.
- Solid understanding of financial and controlling processes, with the ability to challenge and improve business practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Consulting background highly desirable.
