SAP EWM & Service Maintenance Functional Consultant – Manufacturing

About the Role
We’re looking for a highly experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Service Maintenance (SM) Consultant to support mission-critical S/4HANA program initiatives. You’ll bring deep functional expertise across the SAP Supply Chain suite, hands-on configuration capability, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and program leadership to design, deliver, and support end-to-end SAP EWM/SM solutions in complex operational environments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the trusted SAP EWM & SM subject matter expert, advising stakeholders at all levels
- Lead and facilitate business process workshops across warehousing and service operations
- Translate business requirements into scalable, well-architected SAP solutions
- Develop and validate end-to-end process maps and functional specifications
- Configure SAP EWM and SAP Service Maintenance modules and execute unit testing
- Produce configuration documentation and test cases; support SIT, integration, and UAT
- Provide impact assessments and design guidance to program leadership
- Mentor junior functional team members and contribute to overall team capability
- Operate effectively within Agile delivery environments
What You’ll Bring
- 5-10+ years of SAP functional experience
- Minimum 5 years across SAP Supply Chain (SM / MM / EWM / PP)
- At least one full end-to-end SAP EWM implementation under your belt
- Strong hands-on configuration skills in EWM; hands-on SM experience is a strong advantage
- Candidates without direct SM configuration experience will still be considered if they have a solid understanding of the dependencies and integration points between EWM and SM
- Deep understanding of EWM integration with core Supply Chain modules
- Solid domain knowledge across warehousing, maintenance, logistics, and operations
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to lead workshops, influence stakeholders, and drive solution outcomes
