Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support SAP ECP payroll implementations and enhancements
- Configure and maintain Australian payroll schemas, rules, and functions
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
- Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation including ATO, superannuation, STP, and awards/EBAs
- Support testing cycles including unit testing, integration, and UAT
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
- Assist with post-go-live support and continuous improvements
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as an SAP ECP or Payroll Consultant
- Strong Australian payroll experience is essential
- Hands-on expertise in payroll schemas and rules
- Experience with payroll control centre
- Time integration experience is beneficial
- Solid understanding of ATO compliance, Single Touch Payroll (STP), superannuation, and tax rules
- Experience working on large SAP transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
