Define and lead enterprise IAM architectures across complex IGA and PAM programs for national clients.

This role places you at the centre of major enterprise IAM programs, where architectural depth and delivery ownership truly matter. You will design scalable IGA ecosystems, uplift governance standards, and stabilise architectural oversight across multiple high profile engagements.

You will not be operating at an analyst level. You will define roadmaps, produce architecture artefacts, mentor engineers, and influence client strategy at senior levels. As the firm continues its rapid growth, this role positions you on a clear pathway toward Technical Director and national practice leadership.

About the role

Reporting into the IAM Director, you will lead architecture across Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta, Entra ID, and CyberArk implementations.

Your time will be split across architecture design and documentation, client workshops and stakeholder engagement, governance oversight, mentoring engineers, and contributing to pre sales initiatives.

You will work across enterprise IGA implementations, IAM maturity uplift programs, and PAM integration projects. The immediate priority is delivering scalable IGA architectures while uplifting governance and documentation standards across the practice.

Duties

• Define IAM architectures and produce high quality HLDs, LLDs, and roadmaps

• Lead discovery workshops and translate requirements into scalable IGA solutions

• Provide governance oversight and conduct design reviews across projects

• Mentor engineers and shape IAM delivery standards across the practice

Skills and experience

• Proven enterprise IAM architecture delivery with strong IGA focus

• Hands on Saviynt or SailPoint implementation experience

• Deep knowledge of IAM concepts including JML lifecycle, RBAC, ABAC, SSO, MFA, and Zero Trust

• Experience producing architecture artefacts and leading governance reviews

• Strong client facing consulting capability with enterprise stakeholders
