The Low Down
We are partnering with a financial services organisation currently undergoing a large-scale core banking and payments transformation. They are looking for a Technical Delivery Lead with strong cards (issuing) payments experience to help drive delivery across a highly integrated enterprise environment covering mobile banking, CRM, AML/CTF, KYC, and digital platforms. They need someone technically credible who can confidently drive execution across multiple streams and work closely with both technology and business stakeholders.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Leading technical delivery across cards and payments transformation initiatives
- Driving implementation planning, execution governance and delivery structure
- Managing integration dependencies across multiple enterprise platforms
- Working closely with engineering, architecture and business teams
- Managing Agile cadences, workflows and Jira-driven delivery activities
What Success Looks Like:
- Technical delivery experience across cards issuing/payment projects
* A technical background ideally within development or engineering
* Strong understanding of integration architecture and enterprise integration patterns
* Experience across mobile/digital, CRM, AML/CTF and KYC integration environments
* Experience working within core banking transformation programs
