Our client is a long-established Australian manufacturing organisation with over 45 years of operation.
This is a hands on functional consulting role focused on manufacturing processes, testing, and user enablement within Dynamics 365 Business Central.
This role is not technical and does not involve development or configuration. The focus is purely functional, working closely with manufacturing users to ensure the system supports real operational processes.
As part of the role, you will:
* Support end-to-end UAT and unit testing for manufacturing, warehousing, and supply chain processes
* Assist users with test planning, execution, and validation
* Guide manufacturing teams through Business Central workflows and day-to-day usage
* Provide functional oversight across manufacturing processes, including flushing methods and material consumption
* Develop user documentation and training materials and deliver end-user training where required
* Act as a change agent, helping users build confidence and adopt the system
What do we need from you?
* Strong hands-on experience with manufacturing and warehousing modules
* Consulting background with experience in fast-paced delivery environments
* Solid experience supporting UAT, testing, and end-user enablement
* Confident engaging directly with manufacturing stakeholders and shop-floor users
* Comfortable working on-site as required
Desirable
* Exposure to supply chain, inventory, and production planning
* MB-800 certification advantageous but not essential
* Experience in defence or regulated manufacturing environments beneficial
This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days p/w in rural Victoria.
