Simon Jones
I have over 10 years experience in delivering large HR technology projects with experience across both public and private sector across sectors such as Utilities, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Education and Defence.
I have focused on the areas of Human Resources, Learning and Development, HRIS and Payroll on complex transformation projects involving global organisations. I’ve undertaken a variety of project lead roles across multiple project lifecycles under challenging timescales and deadlines.
On a personal level I’m keen to keep active and have competed in the Sydney Marathon, Ocean Swim races, as well as being a member of 2 different gyms including the amazing team at F45 in the city. I’ve also improved my 10km time from 53 to 38 minutes since I’ve been in Australia – the benefit of a fantastic lifestyle. The most fun I’ve had recently, however, was surviving Tough Mudder 2015 – that will be a tough one to beat!
