Emma Jones
Emma has a deep understanding of all aspects of talent acquisition, gained over a 20+ year career. Her experience covers both external and internal talent management, recruitment and resourcing. Originating from the UK, Emma’s recruitment career has afforded her the opportunity to also live and work in the US and now Australia. Emma is currently responsible for leading the talent strategy at ansarada, a high growth, global fintech business.
Since arriving in Australia, Emma has focused on the Digital Technology sector, sourcing international leadership talent and supporting a range of talent solutions across APAC.
