I received this feedback from a client of mine recently and you know what, I couldn’t have appreciated it more.

I communicated this feedback constructively to the candidate and you know what, they couldn’t have appreciated it more either!

As a business and a leader, I can’t emphasise how important clear and detailed feedback is for a candidate if they’re not successful.

It doesn’t just help the candidate improve, it reinforces the great reputation you have as an organisation and a leader.
