A leading global consulting and technology firm is seeking an SAP AI & Data Leader to define and grow its SAP Data, Analytics, and AI practice. This role blends practice leadership, executive advisory, solution architecture, and delivery oversight – helping clients unlock value from SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP AI, and modern enterprise data platforms.
Location: Sydney or Melbourne
What You’ll Do
- Define and scale the SAP AI & Data practice, including team growth and go-to-market offerings (BDC, Datasphere, Business AI, AI Foundation, Analytics Cloud, BW/4HANA)
- Act as trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders on SAP data/AI transformation strategy
- Lead solution architecture across SAP and non-SAP data ecosystems, enabling AI/GenAI use cases
- Guide modernization initiatives (Databricks, Fabric, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP) and drive pipeline/revenue growth
- Provide delivery oversight and governance across large-scale programs
- Build and mentor high-performing onshore/offshore teams
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years in SAP Data, Analytics, AI, or Enterprise Information Management, with deep SAP ecosystem expertise
- Proven consulting practice or large-scale delivery leadership, with strong C-level influence
- Hands-on depth across several of: SAP BDC, Datasphere, Analytics Cloud, BW/4HANA, S/4HANA analytics, Business AI, AI Core/Launchpad, data governance
- A background as an SAP Architect (preferably in data) as well as leadership positions
