UKG Central – UKG Pro WFM Migration
ASAP Start | Remote or Hybrid | Australian-Based Candidates Only
We’re looking for an experienced UKG Business Analyst to join a critical UKG Central to UKG Pro WFM migration for a small but complex organisation.
This is a fast-paced project with aggressive delivery timelines, so we’re looking for someone who has done this migration before and can add value immediately.
What You’ll Do
- Gather business requirements from Payroll and WFM SMEs
- Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders
- Document current and future state processes
- Lead process mapping and operational process design
- Support the successful delivery of the UKG Central to Pro migration
What We’re Looking For
- Previous UKG Central to UKG Pro migration experience (essential)
- Strong Business Analyst background
- Payroll and Workforce Management (WFM) experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Strong process mapping and documentation experience
- Able to work independently in a fast-moving project
What’s on Offer
- 6-month contract, extensions thereafter
- ASAP start
- Interviews commencing week beginning 29th June
- Available to start within 1-2 weeks is essential
- Fully remote anywhere in Australia, or hybrid if preferred
- Australian-based candidates only
