Service Delivery Lead

This is not your typical Service Delivery Manager role.

Instead of living in tickets, escalations and operational reporting, you’ll spend most of your time working directly with customers, building trusted relationships, influencing outcomes and driving service improvements that create genuine business value.

About the Role

As an Application Delivery Lead, you’ll act as the key interface between customers and delivery teams, ensuring services are aligned to business outcomes and customer expectations.

Working closely with both local and offshore teams, you’ll take ownership of customer relationships, service governance, service improvement initiatives and overall customer success.

This role offers a unique blend of service delivery leadership, stakeholder engagement and customer success responsibilities.

Duties

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Lead service reviews and governance meetings
  • Drive continuous service improvement initiatives
  • Manage customer escalations and service-related issues
  • Coordinate delivery activities across onshore and offshore teams
  • Identify opportunities for additional services and growth

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in Service Delivery, Customer Success, Application Support or Managed Services environments
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and service management principles
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Experience working within enterprise software environments
  • Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • SAP experience is highly regarded but not essential
  • A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering value and outcomes
