Dayforce Consultant | 4 month initial day rate contract | Immediate start
We’re looking for an experienced Dayforce Consultant to join a business that has recently gone live with Phase 1 across WFM, Payroll and HR, and is now moving into the next stage.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be supporting and improving the existing Dayforce setup, while helping the business become less reliant on external vendors.

Making configuration changes in Dayforce

Supporting day-to-day system admin

Working across payroll, WFM and pay policies

Troubleshooting issues and improving how the system is used

Acting as the go-to person for Dayforce internally

Working closely with teams across different locations

Helping upskill the internal team and build their confidence with the system
The environment

Complex payroll setup with multiple EBAs

Teams based across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane

Currently relying on external partners for changes, which is slowing things down (hence need for the role)

Strong Dayforce experience, particularly configuration

Good understanding of payroll and WFM

Experience with pay policies

Someone who is hands-on and comfortable working on the client side
