Description
Support and improve Digital Identity operations across a large enterprise environment. Manage IAM BAU, contribute to identity governance, and work across SailPoint platforms while ensuring access controls align with risk and compliance requirements.

About the role
This role sits within the Digital Identity function and focuses on maintaining and improving day-to-day IAM operations. You’ll work closely with cyber security, IT, HR, and project teams to ensure identity processes are effective, compliant, and aligned with business risk.
You will also support identity-related projects and contribute to governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The goal of the role is to ensure Digital Identity capabilities operate reliably while evolving to meet organisational and regulatory requirements.
Duties

Support IAM BAU operations across identity platforms

Manage access requests, reviews, and identity lifecycle processes

Contribute to identity governance, reporting, and compliance activities

Support delivery of IAM projects and platform improvements
Skills / experience

Experience working in Identity & Access Management environments

Strong knowledge of SailPoint IIQ or Identity Security Cloud (ISC)

Understanding of identity governance, access controls, and lifecycle management

Ability to assess risk and make decisions in operational environments

Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
