Precision Sourcing are partnering with a global consultancy as they seek a CERTIFIED SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in either EC, ECP, ONB, REC.
The role:
As a CERTIFIED SuccessFactors consultant, you will work on the design and delivery of projects and provide on-going support for a global consultancy decorated by SAP.
Key responsibilities:
- In this role, you’ll provide SAP SuccessFactors subject matter expertise providing guidance for the development and implementation of solutions. Key areas include EC, ECP, ONB, EC
- In addition to desigining, managing and develiering E2E solutions, you will play an active role in post-go live relationships with clients, fostering further business opportunities
- Be part of an innovative team by identifying packaged solution opportunities and drive developing collateral for the practice
Key experience:
- At least 3 x full E2E SAP SuccessFactors implementations
- Certification(s) ESSENTIAL, ideally in either or in combination of EC, ECP, ONB, REC
- A SuccessFactors SME with understanding of the latest updates and versions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a strong customer focus
- Self-starter, must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload
