About the role:
Reporting to the Program Director, you’ll work with a dedicated team of BASIS administrators, functional consultants, and developers. Your key stakeholders include the PMO, IT leadership, and cross-functional teams. The goal is to deliver robust SAP S/4HANA and ECC system performance through project-based cloud migrations and integrations.

Duties:

Lead SAP BASIS tasks for RISE project, configuring systems, RFC, and Process Orchestration integrations.

Drive cloud migrations, ensuring seamless cutovers, testing, and defect root cause analysis.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Mentor team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and process optimization.
Skills/Experience:

7+ years in SAP BASIS with 2-3 years in RISE or cloud migrations.

Expertise in SAP landscape management, RFC/PO integrations, BTP, and Datasphere.

Proven project-based experience (no BAU) in cutover, testing, and quality assurance.

SAP BASIS or HANA certifications preferred; strong problem-solving and communication skills.
