Dayforce Business Analyst
Gold Coast, Brisbane or Melbourne

Flexible hybrid day rate contract (PAYG preferred)
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Dayforce Business Analyst to join a major transformation program at its early stages. The project is currently at inception, with design workshops ramping up over the coming months, making this a great chance to shape solution design from the ground up.
The Role
Working as part of the client’s project team, you will collaborate closely with SMEs across Brisbane and Melbourne to support the delivery of a Dayforce solution. The position offers a flexible hybrid working model, with a mix of remote work and face-to-face collaboration, and occasional travel as required.
Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements

Facilitate workshops and support solution design activities

Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple locations

Support workforce planning and awards configuration

Contribute to the delivery of a rostering solution
About You

Proven experience working with Dayforce

Strong business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills

Experience supporting workforce planning, awards and rostering solutions

Comfortable working in collaborative project environments

Willing to travel and engage in face-to-face workshops when required
